By submitting content, you grant Chsapi a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and display such content as necessary to provide the Service, improve and secure it, and comply with legal obligations. You represent and warrant that you have rights to the content you provide and that it does not infringe others' rights.

 

6. AI Output & Disclaimers

 

AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is". You agree that you will not hold Chsapi liable for direct or indirect consequences of relying on AI content. Critical or regulated use-cases (safety, clinical, legal, regulatory compliance) require human oversight and explicit user confirmation.

 

7. Fees and Payments

 

Paid features are subject to pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies described at purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

 

8. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, illegal activity, or other legitimate reasons. Users may close accounts; certain data may persist to satisfy legal obligations.

 

9. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chsapi and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chsapi's aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran (unless otherwise required by mandatory local law). For disputes, parties will first seek good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be referred to courts or arbitration in JURISDICTION CITY as appropriate.

 

12. Changes

 

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be announced; continued use indicates acceptance.

 

13. Miscellaneous

 

Severability, assignment, entire agreement, and waiver clauses apply. If a provision is unenforceable it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
